About Angie, RMT

Angie is a Registered Massage Therapist and integrative wellness practitioner specializing in lymphatic therapy, nervous system-focused care, and restorative wellness treatments for women.
Her work is centered around supporting the body through stress, inflammation, fatigue, fluid retention, headaches, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation using gentle, intentional, and integrative treatment approaches. With advanced training and a special interest in lymphatic health and holistic wellness, Angie blends evidence-informed care with a deeper understanding of how chronic stress and modern lifestyles impact the body.
While clients often notice benefits such as reduced puffiness, improved circulation, and a greater sense of lightness, her work focuses more deeply on helping women feel supported, grounded, rested, and more connected to their bodies.
Over time, her practice evolved beyond aesthetic-focused wellness into a more integrative philosophy rooted in nervous system support and sustainable wellbeing. Through Willow Massage & Wellness, Angie has created a warm and restorative space where treatments are personalized, nurturing, and focused on supporting the body as a whole.

01
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic work became a natural extension of Angie’s passion for helping women feel lighter, more supported, and more connected to their bodies. She is especially drawn to the way lymphatic therapy bridges both physical and nervous system wellness — supporting clients experiencing inflammation, puffiness, stress, fatigue, burnout, and the effects of chronic overwhelm. Her approach to lymphatic care focuses on gentle, restorative support rather than extreme aesthetic outcomes, creating treatments that feel grounding, calming, and deeply nurturing.
03
Visceral Massage
Angie is drawn to Visceral Therapy because of her integrative understanding of how deeply the body’s internal systems influence overall health and function. Her interest in this work comes from recognizing that stress, restriction, inflammation, and long-term tension patterns can impact not only the musculoskeletal system, but also the mobility and function of the internal organs and surrounding tissues.
02
Craniosacral Therapy
Angie has a special interest in Craniosacral Therapy because of its profound connection to nervous system regulation and whole-body restoration. She is passionate about supporting clients who feel constantly “on,” overstimulated, exhausted, or disconnected from rest. Craniosacral work aligns deeply with her philosophy that healing often begins when the body finally feels safe enough to slow down, soften, and regulate.

Face | Scalp | TMJ Release
Angie is especially passionate about Facial, Scalp & TMJ Release because of how commonly stress and nervous system tension present within the jaw, face, head, and neck. Many of her clients carry tension from constantly pushing through stress, overstimulation, and mental overload, often without realizing how deeply it affects the body. This work allows her to create a deeply calming and restorative experience that supports both physical release and nervous system relaxation.
